The platform collects information needed to operate customer accounts, process orders, verify email addresses, provide online reading access, respond to enquiries, and communicate about books, resources, speaking, conversations, and the ByGrace Endowment vision.
Customer Accounts and Reading Progress
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number, country, encrypted password, email verification status, order history, reading licences, reading progress, bookmarks, and active reader sessions.
Payments
Payments are handled through gateway providers such as IntaSend. The website stores order references, payment status, provider references, and payment event logs. It does not store card details.
Security Logs
For account and reader protection, the system may store IP address, browser information, login events, and reader session activity. These records help protect paid resources and troubleshoot access issues.
Email Communication
We use email to verify accounts, send password reset links, confirm orders, provide access instructions, respond to forms, and communicate with newsletter subscribers.
